The health component's primary goal at Saint Mark's is to establish a health service linkage for children and families that enter our program without a health home or primary Doctor and Dentist who provide routine and emergency care to the family. This linkage ensures that the family has ongoing preventive and continuous access to medical care while attending St. Mark's and once they move on.

Education is an integral part of the pursuit to better health at Saint Mark's. We offer workshops pertaining to a variety of health related issues. The health component coordinates and/or collaborates all issues related to child and family health, children with special needs, nutrition, safety and maintenance.
